Poor customer support

Customer support really mean.
My camera updated and didnt work with app, I sent my camera information to them let them check and update app, but they are really mean, and they didnt do any thing for me.
Really bad peoples .
I dont recommend this app, because when your cameras updated , they dont really help update app for you.
