uCamPro: IP Camera & Webcam Viewer App Reviews

Using it to monitor the playroom and game room in the basement. Love it

I use this bc I like it way better than the Insteon app that is specifically for one of the cameras I have. And Ive since decided to use this app for all my different brand cameras. And its working great with all the different brand IP cameras. They have even come out with a new app for viewing the web cams off Mac computers remotely.

I tried using this app with a Foscam FI9826W. Unfortunately, the app sometimes freezes and often stutters. For example, I watch my son head out to his truck in the driveway. The clock within the camera window shows the time slowing and sometimes stopping. So, I saw him head out and open the trucks door. The next thing I knew, he was walking back in the house. On the camera, he was still getting out of the truck. Not helpful.

App functions well enough but the interface feels like its been ported over from 1995. I sincerely hate having to tap all over the place as I guess where the invisible arrow buttons are -- why is "swipe to move camera" not implemented?

Im new to these cameras but the foscam app that my camera recommended js not as good. So far this app is awesome !

Easy to use if u understand basic camera settings Andy networks especially if you use multiple cameras from different manufacturers I highly recommend it I find 95% of all camera models its worth it

I was searching for a good app for my foscam FI9826P and FI8918W and this the perfect app. It works seamless with both my cameras! Easy to setup and very user friendly; A must have app!! Happy with the purchase and also with an extra $.99 for multi-view.

If youre one of those people who want "nanny cams" or "baby monitors" without buying the overpriced bundles, you probably realized cheap IP Cams are the way to go. The only problem with most of them, is the manufacturers free apps are horrible. uCamPro lets you mix and match your cameras while still being able to utilize the options/features of all brands. It might take the "average" person some time to configure their cameras, but adding them into this app is extremely easy after that. The app itself opens, connects, and has very little lag (Internet willing). We use uCamPro with our D-Link Cams to monitor our dog and child while were away from home.

Does just as promised.

1- Allow the option to turn on and off or toggle privacy mode for each camera. 2- a link to each cameras URL would be nice. Great product. You already have the best if you had these two items you have it all.

Works very well for viewing a webcam.

I use cameras from 4 different manufacturers and this app allowed me to view all of them with minimal setup. No hassles so far. Im happy to have found this app.
